Adult Family Care Home
Lic. # 6905765

Vineland Crossing is an Adult Family Care Home, where residents can feel like family. The Mediterranean style home is located on 1.25 acres of beautifully landscaped property. We provide a high standard of living because we believe that living well is not a luxury but a necessity. Let us take care of all your dismal, daily, chores so you can enjoy your golden years.

Our beautiful home is decorated inside and out with a Mediterranean flair accented by tile roofs and ceramic floors. Being located in a quiet part of West Orlando we are still very close to hospitals, malls, restaurants, churches, and many Orlando attractions. They say you can't have it all, but here you can come very close. With care-taker to resident ratios of 1 to 5, a spacious home and property, and some of the best tasting and nutritious food any one can offer, you'll feel right at home.

Our facility is different from larger ones. First, your privacy is treasured. The home has two living rooms and three patios, 1.25 acres, and only five residents, so you can be alone when you want to. There are many activities to be involved in when you are feeling social. At Vineland Crossing there are no extra charges just a base cost. With everything included, all your necessary expenses are covered without worry. Let us take care of you or your family member with the care that everyone deserves. Vineland Crossing is a State Licensed Adult Family Care Home that provides assistance to physically and mentally disabled adults. If there is anything we can help you with please do not hesitate to call. Let us be your advocate!

Testimonials:

“Vineland Crossing is a breath of fresh air. It is one of the most diverse programs for people suffering from mental illness. Having the farm style therapy, especially the horses, and the dedicated staff brings Vineland Crossing in to a league of its own.” - R.O.

“Crossing has been my home for the last five years. I have found a second family here and good friends. The food is good too.” - P.C.

“Having a facility of this caliber in our own back yard is a blessing.” - Local M. D.

“My dad has been at Vineland Crossing for 3 years. He has put on about 12 pounds and hasn't even had a cold. At his previous residence he was chronically ill and always being rushed to the hospital. What a difference!“

- Happy Daughter

“My client with dementia, has been stable and happy for years. Thanks.” - Her Guardian

“Being an Iraqi Vet with mental challenges has been so manageable since I moved in. I can do so much now. I ride horses. I have my own chickens with blue eggs. Now I can go and visit my family and have a great time.” - T. C.

Important Notice:

This year the C. D. C. expects a very bad flu season with the additional possibilities of the spread of swine flu.  In the past, our facility, Vineland Crossing, has had very few flu episodes. We think that this is due to:

1.  Our low numbers of clients.
2.  Every bedroom having its own bathroom.
3.  Using preventive and timely doctors visits.
4.  Wonderful home made food prepared with fresh herbs and spices.
5.  Preventive reminders: such as washing hands and sneezing into their arms.
6.  Tons of antibacterial hand gels.
7.  A large dose of common sense.

Give yourself the best advantage this fall with great care at Vineland Crossing.
